Didania Montero Ávalos

Didania started her professional life as a Production Costs Technician for the Multinational “Corporación Agrícola del Monte”, Pindeco Division, in the Southern Zone of the country. There, she demonstrated her administrative and accounting skills while developing her functions and responsibilities.

Graduated from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica in 2012, she incorporated the Bar Association the same year. After which she worked in the criminal branch of the Courts of Justice. Putting into practice all the knowledge acquired during University to comply with the tasks to be carried out.

Thanks to her knowledge, she has taught University classes in several branches of law. Such as Bankruptcy Proceedings, Successions, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, among others. She also offered her Methodologies skills to law students, contributing to their graduation projects (thesis) and professional practices.

In 2017 she obtained her Master of Notarial and Registry Law. Also, at the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica, positioning herself among the first three averages of said academic degree. Expanding her knowledge in the Costa Rican notarial branch with the aim of becoming every day a better professional, providing the best possible service.

She describes herself as nature, mountains, and cool climate lover. In her spare time, she enjoys a good book and a glass of wine, her kittens, or a documentary on foreign art or culture. She loves to learn new things or go for a walk to places she does not know.
